The Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute (GMGI) is a nonprofit research center that uses genomic science to address challenges related to ocean health, human health and the environment. It's work focuses on marine biotechnology, sustainable fisheries, and biomedical discovery, including studying marine microbes and organisms for new medicines and insights into aging and disease. At this lab, Moving Waters installed custom racks and life support systems for GMGI's flowing seawater lab.
